MPESB Recruitment 2026 (Van Rakshak & Jail Prahari Bharti) — Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB / MP Vyapam) ne Van Rakshak (Forest Guard), Kshetra Rakshak (Field Guard), Jail Prahari (Jail Warder) aur Sahayak Jail Adhikshak (Assistant Jail Superintendent) ke kul 1679 posts ke liye official notification aur Rule Book jari ki hai. Ye Madhya Pradesh ke young candidates ke liye ek bahut bada government job opportunity hai.

MPESB ne 27 February 2026 ko Rule Book release ki aur online application process bhi usi din se start ho gayi. Candidates 27 February 2026 se 14 March 2026 tak official website esb.mp.gov.in par online apply kar sakte hain. Written Exam tentatively 07 April 2026 ko hogi. Apply karne ke baad 28 February se 19 March 2026 tak form correction ka bhi option milega.

Educational Qualification

Van Rakshak (Forest Guard): Recognised board se 10th (High School) pass hona zaroori hai
Kshetra Rakshak (Field Guard): Recognised institution se 10th pass
Jail Prahari (Jail Warder): 10+2 (12th pass) minimum
Sahayak Jail Adhikshak: Kisi recognised University se Graduation (Bachelor Degree) zaroori hai


Age Limit (As on 01 January 2026)

Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 33 years (General / Unreserved category)

General / OBC (Non-MP Domicile): Rs. 500/- per paper
SC / ST / OBC (MP Domicile): Rs. 250/- per paper

Salary / Pay Scale

Van Rakshak (Forest Guard): Rs. 19,500 to Rs. 62,000/- per month
Kshetra Rakshak (Field Guard): Rs. 19,500 to Rs. 62,000/- per month
Jail Prahari (Jail Warder): Rs. 19,500 to Rs. 62,000/- per month
Sahayak Jail Adhikshak: Rs. 36,200 to Rs. 1,14,800/- per month


Selection Process

Written Examination (CBT/Offline) — 100 MCQ, 100 Marks, 2 Hours duration
Physical Fitness Test (PFT) / Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Exam Pattern
Written exam me General Science, General Hindi, General English, General Mathematics aur General Knowledge se questions aayenge. Total 100 MCQ-based questions 100 marks ke honge aur exam duration 2 ghante hogi.
Minimum qualifying marks: General/OBC (Non-MP): 40% | SC (MP Domicile): 33% | ST/OBC (MP Domicile): 23%
