GSSSB Supervisor Instructor Recruitment 2026
Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board (GSSSB) has officially released a recruitment notification for 203 Supervisor Instructor posts vide Advertisement Nos. 386/202526 to 398/202526. This is a Special Recruitment Drive exclusively for Divyang (PwBD) candidates under the Directorate of Employment & Training, Government of Gujarat. The online application process opens on 02 March 2026 at 14:00 hrs and closes on 16 March 2026 at 23:59 hrs via the official OJAS Gujarat portal.

Selected candidates will receive a fixed pay of ₹40,800/- per month for the first 5 years. After successful completion of 5 years, candidates will be placed on Pay Level-5 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300) as per the 7th Pay Commission — making this a highly secure and well-paid permanent government job in Gujarat. The vacancies span 13 different trade groups, including Beauty Culture, Apparel, IT, Engineering, Instrumentation, and more.

Important Notice: This recruitment drive is exclusively for PwBD (Divyang) candidates only. General/OBC/SC/ST candidates without a valid Divyang certificate are NOT eligible to apply. Candidates must possess a valid disability certificate issued by a competent authority at the time of application.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a Diploma in the relevant trade/group from a recognized Polytechnic/Technical Institute, OR a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology in the relevant branch (as per Appendix-A of the notification), OR a CITS/NCIC (Craft Instructor Certificate) in the same/relevant trade from DGET/Ministry of Skill Development with requisite experience. Basic Computer Knowledge is mandatory. A valid LMV Driving Licence is required at the time of appointment.

Age Limit (as on 16.03.2026)
Minimum: 18 years. Maximum: 36 years. Since this is exclusively for PwBD candidates, an additional relaxation of 10 years is applicable on the upper age limit. Other relaxations as per Gujarat Government norms.

Application Fee
Exam fee for PwBD/Divyang candidates: ₹400/-. This fee is refundable to candidates who actually appear for the examination. Payment must be done online through the OJAS portal only.

Selection Process

Written Examination (OMR/CBT): Objective type questions covering General Knowledge, Reasoning, Current Affairs, and Trade/Domain-specific topics.
Document Verification: Verification of educational certificates, valid Divyang certificate, driving licence, experience documents.
Final Merit List: Based on written exam marks subject to category-wise reservation norms.
