ESIC Gurugram Walk-in Interview 2026 – 53 Medical Posts
The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has officially announced a Walk-in Interview for the recruitment of 53 posts — comprising Full-time Contractual Specialists and Senior Residents — vide Advertisement No. 02/2026. The walk-in interview will be held on 02 March 2026 at ESIC Model Hospital, Sector 9A, Gurugram, Haryana – 122001. No prior online registration or application form is required — eligible candidates can directly walk in on the scheduled date.

ESIC Model Hospital Gurugram is a fully equipped multi-specialty hospital serving ESIC insured workers and their families across the Haryana region. The Full-time Contractual Specialists will receive a consolidated pay of ₹1,27,141/- per month, while Senior Residents will be placed at Pay Level-11 (₹67,700/- + allowances) as per ESIC rules. These are contractual appointments — not permanent government posts.

Candidates who have appeared/registered for any previous ESIC walk-in at this hospital must still appear fresh on this scheduled date with updated documents. Candidates must carry all original documents along with self-attested photocopies and a minimum of 2 recent passport-size photographs. Incomplete documentation will lead to rejection at the venue.

Post-Wise Eligibility

Full-time Contractual Specialist:

PG Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in concerned specialty from a recognized Medical College/University.
OR PG Diploma in concerned specialty.
For ICU / Accident & Emergency posts: PG in Critical Care Medicine is mandatory.
Experience required: Minimum 3 years post-PG Degree OR 5 years post-PG Diploma in a recognized Govt./Private Hospital (not a private clinic).


Senior Resident:

PG Degree (MD/MS/DNB) or PG Diploma in the concerned specialty.
If PG-qualified doctors are unavailable: MBBS + 2 years experience (at least 1 year in Govt./recognized private hospital) – eligible for 1 year only.




Age Limit

Full-time Contractual Specialist: Maximum 69 years.
Senior Resident: Maximum 45 years.
Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. of India rules.

Updated CV / Resume
MBBS & PG Degree/Diploma Certificates with Marksheets (Original + Self-attested copies)
Valid Medical Registration Certificate (NMC/State Medical Council)
Experience Certificates from Govt./recognized private hospital (clearly showing designation, period, and nature of work)
Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable, from competent authority)
Age Proof (10th Certificate / DOB Certificate)
Aadhar Card / Government-issued Photo ID
Minimum 2 recent passport-size photographs


Selection Process

Document Verification: All submitted documents checked at the walk-in venue before interview.
Walk-in Interview: Personal interview before the ESIC Selection Committee on 02 March 2026 at ESIC Model Hospital, Gurugram.
Final Selection: Based on interview performance and document verification. Merit list prepared post-interview.


Salary Details

Full-time Contractual Specialist: ₹1,27,141/- per month (consolidated, fixed). No increments.
Senior Resident: Pay Level-11 starting at ₹67,700/- per month + applicable ESIC allowances (NPA, HRA, TA etc.).
