Salary/Pay Scale
For RA: Rs. 67,000/- per month with HRA and medical facilities as per rules (Duration: 02 years).
For JRF: Rs. 37,000/- per month with HRA and medical facilities as per rules (Duration: 02 years, may be extended further and upgraded to SRF as per rules).
Educational Qualification
Ph.D./Postgraduate degree in Physics/Chemistry or B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics & Communication with NET/GATE/JEST and required experience as specified.
Age Limit
RA: Not exceeding 35 years; JRF: Not exceeding 28 years (relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/PH and 3 years for OBC).
