1. Headmistress (Female) - 1 Post - The Headmistress will be the academic and administrative head of the Montessori School responsible for overall management and leadership. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing school curriculum as per Montessori principles, supervising teaching staff and monitoring their performance, coordinating with parents and addressing their concerns, maintaining discipline and ensuring child safety, organizing parent-teacher meetings and school events, managing school resources including Montessori materials and equipment, preparing annual academic calendar and schedules, maintaining student records and assessment documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, liaising with CRPF authorities for administrative matters, preparing budget proposals and managing school finances, organizing teacher training and professional development programs, and ensuring quality education delivery. The Headmistress must possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, sound knowledge of Montessori education, administrative capabilities, and commitment to educational excellence. Teachers must have genuine love for working with young children, patience, creativity, good communication skills, understanding of child psychology, and ability to implement Montessori principles effectively. 3. Ayah (Female) - 1 Post - The Ayah will provide support services for young children in the Montessori School. Responsibilities include assisting children in washroom activities and maintaining cleanliness, helping children during meal times and ensuring proper eating, assisting teachers in classroom setup and material arrangement, supervising children during outdoor play and ensuring safety, maintaining cleanliness of classrooms, play areas, and washrooms, helping children with hand washing and hygiene practices, assisting in organizing school events and functions, caring for sick or injured children until medical help arrives, helping younger children with basic needs like tying shoelaces, wearing jackets, etc., maintaining lost and found items, reporting any child safety concerns to teachers immediately, and performing other support duties as assigned. The Ayah should be physically fit, have genuine care for young children, maintain patience even in challenging situations, understand basic hygiene practices, and work collaboratively with teaching staff. Minimum qualification is Class V pass or any literate candidate with experience working with young children in schools, crèches, or childcare centers. Age Relaxation: Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and 10 years for PwD candidates will be applicable as per Government of India rules. CRPF reserves the right to relax age limits for exceptionally qualified candidates.

The salaries are on consolidated monthly basis without separate allowances. All contractual staff will be entitled to casual leave as per CRPF rules. The initial contract period will be for 11 months, which may be renewed annually based on satisfactory performance, conduct, and organizational requirements.
